How Much Revenue Does XYZ Generate?

So, you want to know how much revenue Facebook makes, or how much revenue Twitter makes, or any private company who guards their revenue numbers like the secret service. You've come to the right place.

This site estimates the amount of revenue that a company generates (or at least, should generate) based on unique monthly traffic, the average sale price of their products, services or advertising, plus several other bits of information that our servers gather from around the web. The data is then processed using partial differential equations, probability theory and approximation theory.

Simply enter the information below and click Calculate.

1. Website URL (required)

Enter the domain name of the company, such as www.domain.com

2. Unique Monthly Traffic (required)

If the site supports advertising, chances are you can find this number by requesting advertising information from the company's advertising department. Otherwise you can use one of the services in the right column to get an estimate. Do not include search spiders or robots. If you have entered a URL in Step 1, you can simply click "Lookup" to get the latest data from Compete.com.

3. Average Annual Ticket (required)

This is the average annual amount customers spend with the company.
This can be a bit tricky to estimate, so make sure to do some research.
If the company offers a monthly subscription, multiply the average subscription price by twelve months. Ad supported sites typically generate between $15 and $40 annually per user, unless the site has an active user-base, such as Facebook (which is around $265 per unique monthly user). Note that the unique monthly user count does not consitute the complete subscriber base - the number depends on the frequency in which users return to the site.

4. Fee Based Offerings (required)
